Went to the doctors this morning, and found out that I have an upper respiratory infection. All this time I was thinking I had a simple cold. No wonder tequila shots weren't helping! The doctor wrote me prescriptions for antibiotics, and cough syrup with lots of codeine. Maybe I'll be seeing little, green martians outside my window later! Anyway, she wrote me a doctors note saying that I should take the day off. I went and bought some juice from the grocery store, picked up my prescriptions and got some books out from the library. Nothing like a three day weekend and some codeine. I'm bringing my cough syrup to the next party I go to! Haha.
