To some clean or not?

In a couple of weeks I'm going on holiday with my sister and some friends. I consider my sister to be a very good friend, but there are some things, i just don't tell her because she moves in a very different circle of people to me, and just wouldn't understand my actions, and would probably think i was getting depressed again. The problem is that on holiday, someone is bound to say something about what i've been up to, cause to everyone else it's really not an issue.

The question is, do i get it all out in the open now and hope she's got over it by the holiday, or do i hope/wish/pray it just doesn't come up?
