1. Run a marathon
2. Be debt-free (exception allowed: mortgage) (ugh...$24,000 to go...but working ahead on it in good faith!)I discovered that I will REALLY have to ramp up paying this off to get there in time...not sure I'll make it, but I'll try!
3. Be at least 1/3 done with my Masters in Music Education.
4. Start investing for retirement, contributing every month.
5. Visit 3 states I've never been before.
6. Visit 1 country I've never been before.
7. Get my school orchestra to get straight 1's at UIL contest. completed April 2009
8. Compose a piece for orchestra.
9. Find an occasion to wear my prom dress again.
10. Find an occasion to wear my recital dress again.
11. Get beyond the bunny slope on a skiing trip.
12. Take a ballroom dancing class.
13. Get a pedicure (for all you who think I just want an excuse to pamper myself: I'm afraid of people touching my feet!)Completed 9/19/08
14. Learn to jump start a car.

17. Paint a border in one room of my apartment.
18. Read the entire Bible.
19. Organize my important papers and documents.
20. Pay for the person behind me in the drive-through.
21. Eat no fast food for a month! (Subway only counts if I don't get soda) (0/30)
22. Write positive, healthy entries in LJ at least once a week (0/143)
23. Vote for President in 2008.
24. Watch Spanish TV for an hour every week (0/143)
25. Consume a whole bottle of vitamins before it expires.
26. Write a Christmas letter to family and friends (0/3)

29. Take up quilting.
30. Take horseback riding lessons.
31. Procure allergy medication for said riding lessons.
32. Stick with the budget I started until the end of 2008 (at least!) ...and still going!
33. Donate twice to Locks of Love--10 inches or more. (1/2) Once June 2009
34. Go for a whole weekend without watching TV or being on the computer.
35. Set up an indoor herb garden. 3/14/09...but I cheated--I bought already grown plants! :oP
36. Go completely Wal-Mart--free for one year.

99. Help Chad find a job in Houston.
100. Go on a road trip with no particular destination.
101. Indulge in a very expensive bottle of wine on a special occasion.
 So I've got some more done, but there are still a lot to go! I'm really not sure I'm going to make it on my debt-free goal. I would really have to scrimp or go nuts earning extra money. I'm going to see if I can take on some more private lesson students and re-evaluate my budget to make it work.
