Rylie had a doctor's appointment today. At her 2 week appointment her pediatrician heard a slight heart murmur. We had an echocardiogram and the result was "normal" w/ a slight dialation of the right ventrical. So we had a follow up appointment today w/ a Pediatric Cardiologist. They did an EKG and then we talked to the doctor. He said the form and function of her heart look good and normal and she has what is called an "innocent heart murmur". He said they're fairly common and most kids grow out of them. He also said not to be concerned and that they'll do another Echo and EKG in 6 weeks. If everything the right ventrical looks good then...we won't come back to him. If it's the same we will continue to keep seeing him to monitor what's going on. She was really good at the appointment.
