hume lake!

I havent written in awhiel but there is defiantly a good reason, on friday i left for hume lake, its a christian camp that i went to with my church. It was one of the best weekends in my life, there was an amazing speaker...he had a nerve and muscle disease to where he had trouble talking trouble walking and its inspiring how after all he went through he came out a strong believer in God. A sad thing about it was the speaker (chris) said that when his dad found out he had the disease, his dad wrote his mom a letter saying i cant deal with a handicap child, and chris didnt hear from him for 10 years. In my cabin i made a new friend jenny! and this weekend she accepted christ into her life it was amazing how good it feels to see people accept something so life changing. and the last day there was something brought up during chapel, it was how about 10 people had dated God for a year. That means that they commited a year of their life to God free of guy drama and boyfriends...im challenging myslef to do this starting feb 15, 2004.

oh and i had the funniest conversation with jaane today at lunch, since we always seem to like the same guy she thuoght this would be a great laugh this is how it went:

me: i have a boyfriend
janae: who
me: God
janae: hey i liked him first
