First - you're choice of music while posting is hilariously apt. Peach and Cream? Both perfectly filthy songs, and such a fit for this tale.
If you keep writing me stories like this while I'm out of the country, I'm going to have to travel more often... except, you also seem to be able to write me stories like this when I'm sitting at home too, so really, as long as you are writing me stories like this I'll be wherever you feel I'm most deserving :p
I kind of want to fill up a whole post with quotes of the bits that made me laugh out loud, but that was pretty much every third line.
You have such a lovely, joyous rhythm with these two and it's a testament to them as characters, but also to you as a writer that the crazy-silly-funny-times don't overshadow the character development and emotions that you lay out.
My favourite line has to be the bit about Chinese dogs eating Chinese food because I said it OUT LOUD before I'd scrolled the page down to see Yunho say EXACTLY THE SAME THING!!
My ability to channel my inner Gwangju market trader is both frightening and flattering.
Although in our defence, it's a perfectly logical response!
I need to say gushing things about how well you've kept the best threads of the first Fashion Homin story - the boiled sweets, the dislike of Siwon, Changmin being a winner, and Spoon being so utterly infectious with his nicknames for them and the fact he's as big a fanboy as we are fangirls.
But you also seed in new ideas that give us an idea of how you came to make story choices in future-timed pieces like Roman Holiday and Sunflowers.
For all that a reader could say this is a sexyfuntiems crackfic, it's so carefully and seamlessly constructed that the clever plotty/character bits are almost hidden. I'm sure there's a better fashion metaphor I could use, but clever words fail me in a way they could never fail you.
So anyways, they do fashion stuff... and then they go dogging. Dogging. You know that thing where I love to read exhibitionist kink? Yup, totally fulfilled. That was soooo seriously hot. Even the absurdity of such tall boys squeezing into the back of a car makes it hot because they have to try that bit harder, but don't blink an eye at it because they're so excited about getting each other off.
And then the role-play and cross-dressing? Hello ratings! I find it adorable that Changmin keeps playing Sexy Professor Shim while Yunho thinks up exciting new characters to play opposite him. Yunho doesn't need Changmin to be anyone but him, but Yunho loves to feed his imagination. The bit about Professor Shim burning his spag-carb in order to get ravished by a hot fireman had me giggling out load and think of strippers at the same time. That's truly hot stuff.
It's such a nice lead-on from the first story that Changmin is being risque and suggestive, rather than repressed and controlled. If I think back to him getting out of the taxi on the first page of Perfect Fit and then take him through to saying “less make a sex tape” and “I want to cross-dress for you” you just know it was Yunho who loosened him up.
But such a nice touch to balance it with Changmin being the one who tightens Yunho up when he needs structure and control. You get the idea in the first one that Yunho’s successful, but more by luck than good management. He’s found he can make money from having fun, so he will, but if the money dries up he still wants to have fun. Yunho needs Changmin’s “winner attitude”, as much as Changmin needs Yunho’s “don’t take yourself too seriously”.
The other thing you do is hint at lots of brilliantly fun and aggravating things that happened off page. Best example is: so I opened the door because I didn’t want him to chew the handle off again, I didn’t want to be trapped in there like last time which makes us all stop reading for a few minutes and imagine how much of a strop Changmin had thrown when the puppies successfully trapped him in the bathroom...
You show us that these two have a massively full and adventure-laden life and while they still have to consciously make allowances and sacrifice, these become easier and easier with each passing day.
Gif reflects Siwon when he finds out Changmin has trained Pucci to fetch all photos of Siwon and put them straight in the bin...
I could now burble for quite some paragraphs about the ritual of dressing as Peach (and that nickname will always make me smile because it’s such an integral part of MTAD) - but when I think of Peach my mind keeps lingering on CM with his boot pressed firmly in the middle of YH’s chest saying “down boy”.
Uttering a noise that sounds something like grahhahh, Yunho tumbles backwards. ... my brain channels my inner-Jung and does exactly the same thing at that point. I think the only other coherent comment I can make is that when Yunho finds out how much the lingerie costs he’s going to find a way to make his own... I bet they’d cause a profitable riot if Yunnie started selling them on Gwangju market!
You my dear have out done yourself. So much laughter tied with so much believable (did I mention hot?) sex - and two characters who deserve to be exactly as happy as you make them and that there is no question how much they need each other, how much they gain from each other and how much the balance each other out. In other words - they’re a Perfect Fit (I can’t believe I just typed that -so corny!! (but true))

Not sure if I'm LOLing more at the idea of Yunho making lingerie (remember that PR s2 ep with Santino's hideous faux-German biergarten lingerie) or at that comment you made last night about Major Babe and General Nuisance. I might have to work that in as a throwaway line in one of the later fashion fics XD
