(no subject)
So I've signed up the last 2 years but haven't written more than one or two sentences- but this year I'm determined to do Nanowrimo. I will I will I will. November is just a hectic month- birthday, anniversary, Thanksgiving- there's time to write. But I will make time! I don't know that I'll get all regional with it and hang out at write ins but I'll lock myself away. I'm a fantasy football widow anyway, so might as well.
I hate google. It's making my life miserable at work. Screw all the things it keeps coming up with. Oh, it doesn't matter that all our listings are fed there from other sites- we need to have our listings fed to googlerealestate with our own data feed meaning hours of Excelhell because our MLS isn't cooperative. Grrr! I spent hours staring at those little excel boxes today. Head hurts.
I don't know what to do on Halloween. Torn between staying home and watching scary movies (which seem to be hard to find which makes no sense) or going out. If I go out I need a costume, stat.
I had a Pepsi Throwback yesterday and I was up til 2am. Scary stuff.
I've got so many book suggestions from Simon's Reader section on the Duran Duran website. I'm looking for books tomorrow. I still haven't picked "Crooked Little Vein" back up since summer vacation. The saline solution scene kind of hit a nerve I guess. But I intend to finish it. Maybe Sunday. I haven't decided if it's entertaining and good or just obnoxious for obnoxious' sake.
