hi everyone
i'm having a pretty good time here in stupid rainy england. it's july and it's freezing. too cold even to wear flip flops. damn country. oh well.
for all of you who asked for pictures of places, i will try, but i didn't bring a camera with me so i don't know how likely it is that any pictures will be taken.
tom and i are planning on going to london tomorrow. i'm excited because i'll get to see the guards in their summer uniforms. yay!
i found out that our good friend lindsay is expecting. it's all very exciting. she went to the doctor today and found out that all is going well.
i don't have my to say. i met tom's dad. it went well. his whole family seems really nice. it's kind of a shame that i won't get to know them better before we get married. oh and speaking of getting married, we finally found a ring for me. very pretty. too bad i can't bring it home with me. kind of hard to describe though. um...white gold band with little diamonds set in. not channel set, but in the band. and they are spaced out all the way around. very pretty i think.

OH YEAH...i nearly forgot. i got my acceptance letter. it's official, in the fall i'll be going to columbia college in chicago. YAY!!! i'm so excited. : ) yay me
ok, enough of that, i'm going now. i hope everything there is going well and that it finally stopped raining.
