i don't think you ever truly appreciate the lazy days of summer when you are a kid. when you're young, life is good and easy and summer is great. you don't have to worry about how you look in your swimsuit. it's all just a jolly good time. ah...to be young.

i've not been outside yet today. not looking forward to it. i'm sure it's dreadfully hot. damn st louis.
