grrr bleugh
So whos enjoying this weather then? Its bloody disgusting. I hate the heat, its so stiffling. Its even more annoying that i have to have my windows open and its so loud where i live, its driving me mad. Why does everyone have to sing? On sunday i was feeling a little worse for wear and i was woken up by the people above me playing a thumping bass line with booming voices shouting out. There were girls to the left of my room singing along to chart music and then the pub opposite me started playing its sha la la la music and then the bloody church starting singing to the right of me!!! I was so angry, i just wanted to sleep!
I went out saturday night to my usual haunt, thought it would just be me and dre but it turned out to be a really great night. The pub was virtually empty and we didnt queue for the bar or the toilet once! (which is amazing for that place on a saturday)
There were no more than about 7 people on the dancefloor at any one time. It was so nice!
Vinny came, as did Joel and dres auntie shalinee was out with her friend Nina who was a self proclaimed goth, so we hit it off straight away as you can imagine. She was really nice and we had a laugh about the types of men we go for and music tastes. Turns out she goes to the same place i do for tattoos so we chatted quite a bit.
Eventually shalinee and nina went home and the 4 of us headed down to the river for a while.
It was a great night with only some unwanted attention at the end spoiling it. (why are there so few gentlemen left in the world?, and why do i never find decent men?)
Anyway, ive got some stuff to be doing now so ill be off. toodles.
