Forgiveness, and new beginnings
As much as I hate to drag this up after closing the door on the situation entirely, there is yet one matter that was truly the fault of us, the moderators, and it needs to be healed once and hopefully for all.
Some unpleasant and rather facetious accusations were made against an existing and loyal member. I would like to extend the hand of friendship once again to
verilyverity and pray she accepts and can forgive our accusations that she was a bully. At the time of the incident in question we had not seen the story for what it truly was, and just took the actions at face value without actually being...well moderators. This is our fault, and I also ask the rest of the community to forgive us for reacting badly to pressure.
Wounds are being healed, new help is being acquired, and new rules are being written. Bear with our mod spam as we make changes and I can guarantee things will be better in the future. If faith is lost in us due to our mistakes, we will accept it in stride.
