Got a decent outline set up for the 25 page attempt now, so should be getting started on that soon. I was asked to attempt the "write your part of the story next" idea again. So here we go, I'm going to leave it very open ended.
One fine day there happened to be a fellow named Johnathan crouched against a wall. Johnathan was rather tall and skinny so to an onlooker he had the somewhat comic effect of looking like a yoga experiment gone awry. Now, today was a special day for Johnathan, it was his birthday and a half. Normally people don't celebrate that kind of occasion, but Johnathan was a special individual. Ever since birth, his Mother had told him that he had to be very careful of this anniversary. Strange and wonderful things were foretold to happen, and when Johnathan's Mother foretold something, she was right more often than not. Still huddled against the wall (and having attracted quite a few strange looks from people passing down the sidewalk) Johnathan slowly edged his head up. Just as his head reached the proper level ...
