One Funny Con Call Experience...
Everytime one leaves and comes in a conference call, there will be a prominent beep that just stops nakes eveyone stop. Its actually a prompt for you to state your name and tell the whole group that you are jouning the conference.
Last Friday Morning (1AM), I had this conference call and found myself to be one of the first persons to be in it. So when I'm about to state my name, I heard another "bleep" and immediately after it "Hi This is (blah...) from PS Manila. And after him comes 6 bleeps and I was hearing people's name one after another.
I though to myself, how will these people know that I'm there. I was contemplating of jumping out of the conference and I dialing back in. But I hate dialing a bunch of numbers so I just decided to make my presence known.
After saying "Hi Guys This Is Matthew From Manila!" People started to laugh and said "we knew it was you..." I bursts into laughter myself.
So for m future con calls I swear I'll be the first one to dial in.
