(no subject)
hello everyone! :) i hope you're all doing great.
I have finals/mid-terms to study from last and this week , so I won't be having much to say (lol). but I need to make an effort, and over the break I need to get on with my AP economics test practices crap because I may be kicked out for slacking. I've been doing worse than Kathy.
reading: Rebecca Du Maurier's Rebecca. I had to haul ass to finish it yesterday, because my Lit Thesis was due and so now I'm trying to read it for real. I have to reread every paragraph to get wtf is going on because I'm illiterate and it takes me time. But I like it.
Did I not share my really confusing ass review of Wuthering Heights? Oh, well, I love/hate it. It's written so freaking brilliantly but I basically had no sympathy for any of the characters at all and didn't like any of them mostly. So, I hate it but I love it.
I'm glad i'm reading these period-piece type novels. Like when I was reading Confessions of Georgia Nicolson I started talking like them and ended every adjective I said with -osity which is just sad and I guess that reading these books made me normal. Except now, sadly, I think before I speak, which is highly uncharacteristic of me.
oh and i found my pride&prejudice DVD! Idk why, but it made me so happy, that I watched it today. That movie always makes me swoon and sigh and all. Also need to see Lost in Austen. I heard its major LULZ.
