Today's workout was completely cardio based.

15 min elliptical, res 8

15 min stairmaster + 10lbs weighted vest, it was a progressive program not sure of the name, probably lvl 5 (Stephen set it up for me)

I workout again tomorrow, and then on Friday. I still a little sore from Monday's workout too.
