You know those mornings when it's really hard to get out of bed, everything is just right. The temperature, the blankets, pillows, maybe someone special, etc. And the alarm goes off, hit the snooze button, and then it goes off again. Finally dragging yourself out of bed to go workout (in my case today). I had one of those mornings today, but I got up and went to the gym, still yawning.
Workout - 9am
Warm up - 15 min elliptical - res 7 - strides per min 120-140
workout 1 - 4x
Bench press - 20 reps - 20-40lbs (honestly didn't look)
Seated Rows - 20 reps - 57.5lbs
Knees to Elbows - 20 reps
Stairmaster - 10 min - Mt. Rainer lvl 5
Food so far today:
- Pre workout - protein shake - milk 110 - powder 130 = 240 calories
- Post workout (brunch) - Health Choice Cafe Steamers, Grilled Chicken Marinara - 270 calories
Total for day (so far) = 510 calories
