On Vox: Sniffle, sniffle...

Okay, so I've been student teaching. So I'm sick, or it's allergies...still not sure but leaning towards common cold variety. Ahhh, the joys of being a teacher. It takes a year or two to build up antibodies to mass amounts of children and their germs.

Anyways...a few things.

One really amazing thing Stephen taught me today...something he just learned about, the most amazing health food ever. Well maybe not ever but close. Ready?!?!?

PROTEIN PANCAKES!!!

Okay, so you take 1 scoop of protein powder (we all used Lean Dessert) and 2 egg whites, mix together and viola "pancake batter" cook in griddle like a pancake and enjoy. Filled with tons of protein and very low carbs. Tastes awesome too. I had the chocolate variety, which tasted like a dessert. But the Banana Nut and Cinnamon Bun variety sound like they'd work awesome too. I ate mine plain, as in no butter or syrup. But theses are easy to snack on, freezable, etc.

Okay the other part of my day...working out. I've been sick so I didn't work out on Monday. But went and made an effort today.

Workout - 5pm
Cardio - 10 min elliptical - res 12 - incline 12

talking time...watching tv....10-15 min

Stair stepper - 10 min - some program that got more difficult like a hill
