Summer Begins!
Last week was...weird? Not weird. I had a drunk episode. Those are always dangerous. As those of you who were there know. Sorry, Derek.
Followed by a myriad of other year ending things. Such as packing up with help from Kelly, thanks darling~! Helping Anna to get all her stuff out as well as herself. We moved her winter clothes to my house for the summer, since she lives so far there's no reason for her to ship it all home and back next year. Rooming with Anna and Mina next semester! Super excited, ladies :)
The end of the week promised some talks with Tai, rooftop dinners with Michael, and lots of work hours. For those of you NYCers who do not know--I work at Chelsea Piers as a Skate Guard when I'm not skating myself. So come to a free skate! It's a great thing to do on a really hot day, and we all know how summer in Manhattan is. Anywhere that is cold is a god send! Plus I can get you in the door for half the price. (And Mina, I do have a pair of skates your size. When you get back I'll give you a lesson.)
This coming weekend is going to be a high school gang reunion, as Sammy is finally home. I'm driving out to Philly with her parents on friday to pick her up. We have LOTS to catch up on, so don't expect to easily be able to contact me that weekend. Yes, I will have my phone, but I'll be in Brooklyn sleeping over friday night and saturday will be Stuy High party time. We're meeting at Ava's Tree <3 and will probably spend a greater part of the day in Rockefeller Park, as we did in High School.
Mom also showed me the pictures of what my cousin wants for her bridesmaid dresses for her wedding this summer. I...don't want to say anything, because I KNOW bridesmaid dresses are supposed to be ugly. But I am redesigning those bitches and will therefore probably end up making them all, why do I do this to myself? The wedding is in August, so it's going to be so hot out. Really, the fabric currently being used will kill us. Think, people! Mood, here I come.
Tucker also promised that me, him and Tommy would go see Star Trek together. But he went the other day with some of his friends. So Tommy and I are a little mad at him. Dad wants to go, so I think he's going to take Tommy because Tucker fails as a sibling. Which means I have no one to go with. Any takers?
