My Spicy Coleslaw Surprise...
Guess what, everybody? I get to spend Easter Sunday in a speck of a town in the middle of F'n nowhere in a speck of a house crowded with my dad's five LOUD half-sisters and their weaselly offspring. Yay! Yay!
"Go ahead and make something to bring," my dad tactfully suggested. "But don't use none of them weird spices."
"Of course not," I said.
So I'm making this Spicy Cole Slaw that Naughty Curry posted a while back. Trobee didn't have me test-taste this one, but the post says that it's family-safe and it looks great AND easy. They will eat it, even if it spooks them...both funny and annoying. I figure, if they're anti-spice, let em suffer for their politeness. Anyway, i cook what I please.
