this is for my dear sister nicole
Well, Nicole has been nagging at me to update. Apparently telling her all about what I've been up to over the phone isn't good enough. So here goes.
My shoulder is still bothering me; who knows when it will be better. I entered myself for high school state so if I feel like I can swim I will. Either way, I get to go to Olive Garden and I'll cheer everyone on.
All we can talk about lately is Prom. As of now, I'm planning on going. If I can swim by then, I'll go to Sectionals on Thursday and Friday. We at one point had a group of 34, but luckily that split and now we'll have about 16-18 I think. Much more reasonable. This weekend K.C., Angela, Danielle, and I went to North Point to look at dresses. I ended up getting a really pretty dark turquoise one. But I'm still gonna go again and look at possibly Perimeter this weekend and see if I find one I like better.
This weekend was also Lim's Chinese New Year party. I had a lot of fun. Played football for the first time. I scored a touchdown, which was of course followed by my spiking of the football. Got a grass stain on my jeans to prove that I put forth great effort.
What else what else. School is boring. I've been catching up on Veronica Mars. Finished Season 1 of Arrested Development. Am looking forward to getting Grey's Anatomy in 2 weeks (though for some reason I could have swore I read it was coming out last week). And now that I've officially proved my loserness, I'm done.
Tomorrow is Wednesday, and they're always fun. Especially when they begin at Starbucks with Tommy.
