(no subject)
So we now run a tiny zoo for two weeks, when smillasnowflake's parents and sister are on a holiday trip.
The baby parrots are so little, but already very keen on the happenings in the world. This yellow baby bird took another leap from the nest to the cage floor this morning, and yet another at noon. The parent parrots were little confused when I tried and finally managed helping this poor one back in the nest.
The guinea-pig is also adorable. I think I can already understand him when he says he's hungry (not hard at all). He tends to lick my toes (or tries to bite my toenails), too, when he's feeling happy.
