- Without getting into spoilers, and without joining the Haters' Brigade, I'll say that with the exception of the final five minutes the Lost finale was simply amazing. While some things were a bit perfunctory, there were far more things to cheer than anything else.
- And the music! The worst thing I could possibly say about the music was that there were a few...odd...decisions made as to which themes to use in which scenes, but really, the score for this show has always been really good and has seriously gotten better with almost every episode this season. The final versions of each theme--including some I didn't expect to come back--lent the episode all the more closure and finality. In my fevered imagination the season-six score release encompasses many, many discs.

- I've been meaning to get rid of some of my furniture for a while, including a big ugly set of drawers that's been holding the TV in my living room since I moved in here six years ago. Thanks to a somewhat ridiculous set of circumstances involving a couple of friends and a lot of lifting by myself and astute_reason, I wound up getting an entertainment center on Wednesday. And it's actually pretty nice! Now I just have to find things to populate the shelves.
