I was sick as a dog after Valentine's Day, so I couldn't order roses to make the rose sugar and rose pickles that I wanted to do for Gulf Wars.
Now I can't find anyone in town that even carries organic roses, so it looks like I won't be able to make them anyway.
I did find one place online that sells organic roses, but the smallest quantity they sell is 50, and their cheapest variety is $60.00. Yes, that's a really good price, but I don't need 50 roses, and $60 uses up a large portion of my budgets. It's also more than I would care to spend out of my own pocket.
Does anyone know of a place in Nashville that carries organic roses in smaller quantities for a reasonable price?
Even if I can't use them for Gulf Wars, it could give me a major head start on a project for another time.
