News I missed... Dr Karl Kruszelnicki is running for the Senate.
I heard him this morning going crook about the lie of carbon sequestration (John Howard's reason why we don't need to do anything about CO2 emissions).
I have corresponded with Karl a couple of times. I have a lot of time for him. I'm glad he's running.
