Is it just me or are all the outfits extra awful in this scene? I love her blouse, the vest... not so much.

I'm loving her purse here, plus that plaid skirt is all kinds of awful/amazing!
Hot pink cardie with a white button down, we don't need to see the rest of the outfit to know she's rocking it with her trusty skirt and knee-high sock combo.
More Rachel in pink! I remember her amazing polka dot raincoat and matching pink gumboots distracting me from Mercedes getting her diva on in this scene. So adorable!
The yellow and green plaid pleated skirt from the last episode makes a reappearance. Oh, and I'd actually wear that black top with white trim!
Ok so I was mistakenly all "OMG Rachel owns jeans?!?" over her outfit during Rumours, but look! She's worn jeans before! I can't believe it.
Top: Forever 21 Argyle Diamond Sweater (ID'd back here by ___________1955)
Thoughts anyone? It's interesting doing these posts mixed in with her current ones, her wardrobe seemed much simpler back then. A styling choice in the right direction (I definitely covet more of her recent clothes) or do you prefer her preppy plain Jane look?
