What exactly are the authors required to submit for the Feb 9--16 check-in? Are we checking in with the mods or our artists?

Thanks!

When you say fics due, does that mean the fics have to be finished, or do they not need to be completed until day of posting?

The rough draft has to be done by March 15th, which means that you have to have at least 2.000 words finished. The fic doesn't have to be completely finished and betaed until the posting date. I just need those rough drafts so I know for sure that you will be able to post your story.

Awesome! Thank you :)

(Also, big relief as I've already done that!)

Another question whitesheepcbd February 26 2013, 18:25:18 UTC
This is my first time doing one of these, so I'm full of questions. :-)

Is there a certain date by which we're supposed to share our complete fic with the artist, so they have time to make more art if they want? Or is it assumed that they'll see it when it's posted for the fandom, along with the one piece of art that served as the prompt?

There's no certain date, but you should send your fic to your artist before the posting to the comm. starts.
