Sebastian watched quietly as Kurt paced back and forth in front of their dorm room. Normally, this would have been the perfect moment for a playful insult which would lead to something more...playful. But Sebastian bit his tongue, that was the reason they were in this postion after all.
Unable to watch Kurt any more he looked to the other corner of the world where Blaine was leaning against the desk deep in thought, his eyes however were focused on Sebastian's abdominal area as if he could see through it. Self counscious of the intense attention his hand went were Blaine's eyes were locked, where his child was growing...Their? child.
"I guess the simplest thing is that we just keep this up and when the baby gets here... raise it together," Kurt said simply, though his voice was trembling, cluing the others in to the fact that this was anything but simple.
Blaine bit his lip and looked between Kurt and Sebastian. Getting the two of them to even tolerate being in the same room as the other had taken long enough. Dealing with both of their rather... commanding attitudes when it came to a child would be a challenge. Blaine anticipated long nights soothing a crying baby as Sebastian and Kurt argued about how to make the bottle, or whether the baby needed to be changed... he got a headache just contemplating the possibilities.
Sebastian glared up at Kurt and his hand ran over his stomach. "Are you guys being serious right now? We're fucking teenagers. I can't be a father," Sebastian shook his head. "You guys want it, you can have it, but I can't do this."
"You are not aborting my child."
Kurt glared up across the room at Sebastian in response and Sebastian smirked faintly before countering, "So, you want to claim it as yours then? What if it isn't yours? What if this is mine and Blaine's decision?"
Blaine put a hand to his forehead as he tried to block out the fighting, and Kurt glowered in frustration at Sebastian. The room was silent for a minute before Sebastian sighed and said, "You guys don't understand the pressure I'm under. I cannot do this. I can't carry this baby when I have meetings coming up that will determine my future. I can't have a child when I'm supposed to be starting Harvard next year. I have a life that I'm supposed to live, and I want it. I'm asking you to please just let me do this."
Kurt and Blaine both looked up at Sebastian, and then at each other sadly. Nobody spoke and Sebastian was seconds away from storming out in a fit that would put Rachel Berry to shame, but then Kurt and Blaine guided him to the bed to sit down, and they sat on either side of him, each of them holding one of his hands. Kurt had tears in his eyes and Blaine looked pained, but he was the first to break the thick silence. "If you really feel like you need to get rid of it... I'm going to support you, Sebastian. All of us deserve to have our dreams come true, and... if this is going to stop that..." Blaine couldn't finish the sentence because he wasn't so sure he believed it.
Kurt's hand trembled within Sebastian's hand and he said through his tears, "F-fine. Do it."
Sebastian closed his eyes, overwhelmed that Kurt and Blaine actually seemed to care enough about him to say okay. He squeezed both of their hands and said softly, "Thank you."
