An Open Letter To The Universe

Dear Universe:

I love you. Very much. You are so very kind to me, and while I'm not complaining I really hope that it doesn't mean that something uber bad is going to happen to me sometime. Or is this balancing out the bad stuff that HAS happened? Because, if so, you did it wonderfully :)

Also, if I still have some positive energy left, feel free to transfer it over to Misha on Sunday. WOOHOO, GO MISHA!!

-Sincerly your's,
                me

To everyone who isn't omnicient: at the school I go to every grade is divided into four houses, and each of those houses gets into smaller groups to do a big semester project. Today we were placed in groups. Apparently my teacher is really awesome, because the other teachers picked the six people with the highest GPA's to be leaders, and my teacher had people call out names to nominate the people they thought would make good leaders. That happened, and then she took the leaders outside to pick groups.

Remember yesterday's post? Yeah, the leader of my group is one of those guys :) It's the second one I talked about, and he seems pretty cool. Pretty much everyone suggested trying to be friends with those two guys, and now I have a legitimate chance to become friends with one of them :3 And the only other girl in our group is one of my friends, so that's good. After we got in our groups we had to do this thing where we got slips of paper and we had to figure out what we had to do just with the instructions on the paper. It was one of those things like
-there are fewer than 3 tasks
-the person who grows peaches lives to the right of the person who raises dogs
(ETA: Just to be more clear, the teacher handed out the slips of paper, and we had to figure out what it was we had to do. I'm talking we had to figure out that we even HAD tasks, and then what they were.) and stuff like that. We had to figure out who drove a truck and who grew apple trees. At first we were ONLY allowed to talk to each other, we couldn't use paper or anything else and we could only read our own papers. Then we were allowed to use objects as symbols of, like, the houses and stuff. And THEN we were allowed to use paper and read each other's papers. MY GROUP WAS THE ONLY ONE TO FINISH, WE WORKED WELL TOGETHER, MY GROUP IS AWESOME AND I LOVE IT.

i'm a nerd, i love my life sometimes, my brain is crazy, school talk, best wishes and dftba
