TIME TO RAMBLE!
So yes. I feel like talking, and as I have few options I will go with posting. Because blogging is kinda fun.
First order of business: At this very moment in time, my favorite movie is Pride and Prejudice. The 2005 one. God, I love it so much. Jane Austen is a genius, and I really need to get a hold of the book, as I'm hoping she actually describes what the characters are feeling, because as much as I love to imagine it myself I would like to know what she imagined them feeling.
Mr. Darcy is spaz-tabulous. No idea what it is about him but I just want one for my own. "You have bewitched me, body and soul, and I love, I love, I love you." So romantic. *sigh* And I must say I love their dresses. I'm not a dress-wearing kind of girl, but I would absolutely LOVE to play dress up and go to a ball. I also really enjoy their English-politeness. And accents. GOD I wish I had an english accent. I would sound so prim and proper :p
Second order of business: I am blossoming. By that I mean I'm starting to actually like boys. I've liked them before, and I've thought they were cute BUT. I've never actually like-liked them. Yesterday I was out and about with my aunt and her friend, and we were at the mall. There was a guy working at one of the stores. SOOOOOOO PRETTY *-* I just wanted to stare at him. But I couldn't really, since if he caught me it would be awkward, and if my aunt caught me she would tease me about it. I'm not sure I'm ready to start dating, and I definitely don't want to be teased.
Those are pretty much the things I wanted to say....mostly I just wanted to vent about cute-guy-at-store and then rant about P&P. DID I MENTION THAT I LOVE THAT MOVIE?! I'll admit it, I enjoy listening to Keira Knightly fire off insults in that wonderful accent of hers. And also, Mr. Bingly was quite good-looking. And does anyone else think that the guy who played Mr. Whickam looks almost EXACTLY like Orlando Bloom?
OH. And I almost forgot to rant about my favorite scenes. I've always loved the scene where Darcy confesses his love to Lizzie in the rain. And then the ending. UGH. How could you NOT like Darcy while he's all "Mrs. Darcy *smootch* Mrs. Darcy *smootch* Mrs. Darcy" AHHH TOTAL DARCY-FANGIRLING MOMENT. Can you say yes, yes, a thousand times yes? Oh, and I also enjoy the part where he helps Lizzie into the carriage....when even I notice that its the first contact they've had, you know its an amazing moment.
And then of course the second time he proposes to Lizzie. Sweety, the girl may have bewitched you, body and soul, but you have bewitched me with that line.
