GAIZ GAIZ GAIZ GAIZ. I THINK I KNOW WHERE THE SYFY/SCI-F WRITERS GOT THE IDEA FOR STONEHENGE APOCALYPSE. Right, so I'm in the process of reading Good Omens (it's a very slow process. I think I've developed ADD) and I just read this paragraph:
"Newt looked despondently at his cuttings as Shadwell went out, grumbling, to the phone. There was one about the stones of Stonehenge moving out of position, as though they were iron fillings in a magnetic field."
Dude. DUDE. THIS IS BLOWING MY MIND. MY CRAZY, ADD, SUGAR FILLED, FANGIRL, EXCITED MIND. As if I didn't already love Good Omens enough (I've already got an aunt and my mom lining up to read it next)they have to go and throw that at me. I practically jumped up and down, and I would have if I had been in my private room. However I was in the kitchen, with my mom, who had just seen Stonehenge Apocalypse earlier today and oh my God I've seen that movie almost 10 times now. It hasn't even been out for 10 days, has it? Oh my goodness, being obsessed with a movie about Stonehenge cannot be healthy.
Well guys, I just wanted to share that little tidbit with you all. I haven't seen the connection anywhere before, and again, my brain gets very hyper and fangirly, so I had to post it or I would explode. Off to continue reading now, toodles~
