Santana is being extra bitchy to Kurt about his sexuality and general existence. She says something truly awful, your choice as to what. Similar to what she did to Rachel, she's trying to break him because he's different and she preys on the weak. They wind up making a bet on something, and Santana snidely says that if he wins, she'll blow him and take it up the ass in front of the whole glee club.
She loses. (and the angels laughed)
Santana doesn't expect him to collect because he's gay, but at the next keg party, Kurt demands that she pay up,and she honors the bet. It's consensual, but degrading: Kurt has her get on her knees in front of the glee club and give him head until he's hard, then he lubes her up and does the deed with a very turned on crowd watching.
