Songfic Prompt Post - Round 1
Welcome to Round 1 of the Songfic Prompt Post!
So, how does this work? Well, it’s fairly simple, you just post a crossover fandom, a character or pairing, and a song and artist.
Now, there’s a couple ways you can make your prompt.
First, you can simply prompt the whole song. In which case, please post a link to the lyrics rather than including the whole song in your prompt so we can try and save a little bit of room. And having a link to the lyrics will make it easier for others to fill the prompt.

Option two, you can prompt a single line or a verse or the chorus of a song. In which case, feel free to include those in the prompt since they are much shorter than the whole song.

You may also add a brief prompt to go with the song as well.
Example: BtVS, Spike/Quinn, Good Girls Go Bad by Cobra Starship, New Directions goes out to a club while in LA for Nationals their senior year. While there, Quinn meets a bleach blond bad boy by the name of Spike, and while it kind of feels like what happened with Puck all over again, Quinn just can’t resist. Just one night couldn’t be so wrong…right?
Adding YouTube links might also be helpful, but is not required.
Fills can be as long or short as you like and can be based on/inspired by the song, include a character singing the song, be in a verse-scene-verse format, etc. Basically, whatever you can come up with so long as the song/line is somehow involved. If a line is prompted, fills don’t have to relate to the whole song, just that line. Art is also welcome.
Now for some rules before we get started.
1) This is a Glee Crossover Meme, so prompts must include Glee and at least one crossover fandom. You can include as many fandoms as you want, but Glee must be one of them.
2) No RPF.
3) Be nice. No bashing of characters, prompters, fillers, or commenters. Here’s a quick guide to what we consider bashing:
Rachel is a stupid whore! counts as character bashing
I don't like Rachel very much. This is not bashing.
"Rachel is a stupid whore!" Santana announced to the room. This is not bashing, because it's the character's opinion, not the prompter/filler's.
4) Please try to keep to the “Prompt 3, Fill 1” routine. This will ensure that we don’t end up with 99% prompts and 1% fills.
5) Mark your fills with ‘Fill’ in the subject line.
6) THERE ARE GOING TO BE SPOILERS HERE. Try to remember spoiler tags for anything after 2.10 of Glee. We won’t be enforcing spoiler rules for the crossover fandoms, however, if you're referencing character death, that might warrant a spoiler tag.
7) Fills can be any rating and some may be quite explicit, so read at your own discretion. NO KINK SHAMING!!! If you don’t like something, don’t read it. There should be plenty of G rated fills for anyone who doesn’t like kinky porn.
8) Trolling and wank-baiting will not be tolerated. If we think your prompt is troll/wank bait, we will delete it, simple as that.
9) Multiple fills are allowed and encouraged. Don’t drive the bunnies away just because someone else got there first. Besides, who doesn’t like getting more than one fill for their prompt?
10) And most importantly: Have fun! It’s the whole reason we’re doing this!
This prompt post will be open for prompts from 12 am EST June 1, 2011 until 11:59 pm EST June 30, 2011. It will remain open for fills until 11:59 pm EST November 30, 2011, at which point it will close in time for Round 2 to open at 12 am EST December 1, 2011.
