I think everyone else is stupid. I used to date a unicorn. I think I would notice if he wasn’t one. But we had to break up because he realized he we a dolphin. Dolphins are gay sharks.
Everyone else was stupid because they didn’t notice something was wrong with the unicorn. Unicorns were supposed to poop rainbow and glitter. They weren’t supposed to be sad. People weren’t supposed to hurt unicorns. But someone was. While he was off at that castle. I saw him do it. It was wrong to touch someone like that if they say no. Santana told me so.
He kept saying no.
Why won’t anyone help him? No one notices. Only me. I know that people think I’m stupid. Lord Tubbington says no one will believe me. So who could help him?
Then I remember. Kurt was a dolphin too. So only another dolphin can help.
**
“Hey Brittany.” Blaine said as he sat down. “I got your text.” He showed it to her. “Dolphin needs help. Come here.” Then there was a picture of the Lima Bean.
“So what’s going on? Where’s the dolphin?”
“Kurt’s the Dolphin silly.”
Blaine looked perplexed and a little concerned. “I don’t understand. Is there something wrong with Kurt?”
“It was like what Bob the janitor used to do me. Except Kurt kept crying. He was saying no too. Only a dolphin was supposed to do that to him.”
“Brittany, you’re not making any sense. Is someone hurting Kurt?”
Brittany nodded. “He made Kurt take off all his clothes too. He has pretty clothes.
Blaine’s eyes widened. His face went pale. Brittany wondered if Blaine was a chameleon too. “Brittany,” Blaine’s hands clenched on the table. “Brittany, are you sure that’s what you saw?”
Brittany wanted to visit Kurt. He wasn’t talking to her anymore, and he was always sad. Was someone being mean to her dolphin? That just made her mad.
She went to Kurt’s new school one day, and she went looking for Kurt. The halls were empty. Then she heard crying.
“No, no please… no more.”
“Shut up!”
She headed closer to the sound. Brittany cracked open the door, and gasped.
Kurt was on his back, writhing in pain, bleeding, and a man standing over him and… what the hell was he doing to her unicorn?!!
“You shouldn’t hurt unicorns. It’s bad luck. Everyone knows that.”
Blaine looked horrified.
“Who was it? Do you know the guy that hurt Kurt?”
Brittany nodded. “Th-this was at Dalton?” Blaine asked shakily. Brittany nodded.
“A grown man?” Brittany nodded again.
“A teacher?!” Blaine hissed. Blaine slammed his hand down on the table. People stared at them. “I can’t believe this.” Brittany saw that his eyes were wet.
Blaine was shaking his head and rocking back and forth. “Why couldn’t I see this before? All the signs… Oh Kurt…” Tears were running down his face.
“You believe me, right?” Brittany asked. “Because Lord Tubbington said that you might not believe me.”
Blaine shook his head. “I don’t know who that is, but of course I believe you, Brittany.”
“That’s good. He was my favorite ex-boyfriend, you know.”
Blaine snorted. “And he was all on me about my identity crisis.” Then he sobered up. “Why would he keep something like this from me?” He murmured. “Thank you for telling me this, Brittany. I have to go. I need to see Kurt now. He needs me.”
Brittany smiled. “That’s good then. I promise I won’t tell anyone you’re a chameleon.”
Blaine looked back at her with confusion before he hurried out the door.
