Sebastian is a little disappointed. He had hoped for an immediate outbreak of hives or some sort of rash, but no such luck. Kurt's red in the face, but that is probably from coughing so much (or maybe the red slushie that now stains his clothes).
"Yeah, okay," Sebastian says as Kurt's fit of coughing continues. "You aren't drown from a slushie to the face, Hummel. Calm down."
Kurt breathes in a shuddering gasp, but he's still red in the face and doesn't make any move to get up. He starts wheezing then, and Sebastian realizes that maybe there's something really wrong.
"Kurt?" Sebastian cautiously steps forward, as if his very presence would make Kurt worse off than he already is. His hand instinctively tightens around the empty slushie cup that he's holding as he takes another careful step forward.
Kurt's eyes are wide and bugging out as his looks up at Sebastian. Sebastian's startled, because he doesn't think he's ever seen Kurt quite so vulnerable. Kurt mouths something, but his wheezing is becoming more and more desperate and prevents him from saying anything. He rolls back onto his back and starts clawing at his throat.
"Seb - Seba--" is all that Kurt manages, but it's all the incentive Sebastian needs before he drops the cup he is holding and gets down to his knees next to Kurt's twitching body.
"Kurt?!" Sebastian says frantically. His hands are hovering over Kurt's neck and face, which was steadily turning bluer by the minute, but he isn't sure what to do with them. "Wha - what's happening?"
"I don't--" Kurt gets out. "My--" Kurt hacks out a violent cough. "I can't breathe," he says hoarsely.
Tears build up in Kurt's eyes and spill over, and Sebastian realizes that Kurt just might die.

"Where's your epipen?" Sebastian asks as he searches the pockets of Kurt's jeans and vest. The 911 operator had mentioned something like that.
"Home," Kurt means to say, but it comes out as a breathy "hoh" sound.
Sebastian feels defeated. And sad. And desperate. But mostly scared.
"I'm sorry," he says frantically. He grabs each side of Kurt's head and makes sure that their eyes meet. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I didn't mean - No, Kurt look at me." Kurt's eyes had started to gaze at something behind Sebastian's head. His eyes flicker back to Sebastian's. He looks just as hopeless as Sebastian feels. "The ambulance'll be here," Sebastian says. "You'll be okay."
Kurt chokes out something, but at this point his breathing has gotten too reedy and thin.
Sebastian could have cried from relief when he finally hears ambulance sirens. "See?" he says, looking back down at Kurt. "You'll be okay."
But Kurt's eyes are closing, and he isn't breathing anymore.
"Kurt? Kurt!" Sebastian cries out, shaking Kurt's limp shoulders. He looks up when he sees the red lights bouncing off the walls of the garage.
And Sebastian panics.
Looking back down at Kurt, it really hits him that he had probably just killed someone. He runs his hands through Kurt's hair a couple of times, maybe to somehow get some sort of reaction out of Kurt (maybe a "How dare run your greasy hands through my hair, Smythe?!"), but Kurt just lies there, face purple and clothes stained red.
When the ambulance is there, Sebastian runs.

I hope Kurt survives. He will, right? This isn't a death fic, right?
