Happy Thanksgiving
Have a fantastic Thanksgiving everyone. I am thankful for all of you.
I am thankful that I have a good life, great friends, a great family and that I don't have lightposts getting hit by balloons and hitting me on the head.
The Thanksgiving menu this year is pretty traditional.
The Bird
cornbread stuffing
smashed spuds with all the gravy Bargeral wants
Broccoli with my new reduced fat mock hollendaise that I came up with.
My favorite maple-cranberry sauce.
salad ( so we eat less of the rest.
and Baklava both nut and apple (think sticky strudel)
Yummmm.
