Merry Christmas to All of my friends! I hope you are all finding peace, joy and love today! You are all wonderful! I feel lucky to know all of you!
We had a lovely Christmas Eve. The four kids and I did our traditional trip to the Park at MOA. That way, they do less damage to the house I am trying to keep (or are still trying to get) clean. We got home later than I had hoped. Petsnakereggie got to have a nice long chat with Bargeral.
We had a fun evening last night. I host Christmas Eve at my place. We had Roast Beef, Mashed potatoes and Gravy, garlic and Cheese Grits, Harvard Beets, garlic green beans and assorted sweets for dessert.
We open presents on Christmas Eve. Everyone loved their gifts. My favorite would have to be the diamond earrings that Bargeral bought me. Bargeral likes the computer speakers that I bought him. He is much more practical than I am. The girl's liked the DS's they got.
Today we came over to my Mom and Dad's place. Stocking for
mystrycat,
sprinklekit, and Breezy. We also gave
coulbauthand Mystrycat their presents. We had a great pancake brunch and are just now eating ham sandwiches and cheese and crackers and stuff for a supperish kind of thing.
We have played several games and the girls got to go down to the game room and play pool.
I am taking some pictures and hope to get them up after I get home. I forgot to get a picture of the pretty Christmassy Fluffy snow that fell for a good portion of the day. It was so pretty!!! I am not looking forward to brushing of the car when we go home though.
