one of the things i’m noticing while doing my project is that, due to varying levels of managerial control, or silly customer service rules, each different bank has a sort of personality all its own. this extends far beyond the issue of just who’s working there-it’s in the very fibers of their jobs

and with that i'd like to state that each individual bank within the company has its own personality too! for example, i apparently work at a more 'hood bank (cause as we know there aren't real banks in the hood....cash checking and maybe a credit union, yes....bank, no)....and so due to our 'hood we also be keepin' it real and breaking hella dumbass wells fargo rules to keep the crackheads and hustla's happy, or at least as happy as their dumbasses could be for banking at such a horrible institution. AND I NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE OR WILL ASK FOR A MOTHERFUCKING SMILE! and if my boss tried to make me id fucking quit and bitch slap her just for asking.
