Hi everyone, my name is Allison and two others and I signed a lease to Baywater townhomes for a four bedroom townhome and need another roommate desperately. Its really a great deal because we got the four bedroom townhome for the three bedroom price because of their shortage of 3-bedrooms. The only utilities tenants are responsible for are water, sewage and electric along with each months rent, which if we get a fourth roommate, will be approx. $277 a month!
