After finishing lunch with my partner and before going back to the office I decided to walk along the river to check how my older grandson is doing his rowing exercises. Pics that caught my eye are presented below.
We had a lunch in Flying Beaver, then I crossed the river by bridge and parked exactly opposite this pub and air terminal. Two Otters (DHC-3) are moored there:
Another terminal, Seair, is situated a little bit lower by river flow. Cessna 208 Caravan and Turbo Beaver are awaiting passengers:
Cessna 185 Skywagon arrives from Galliano Island:
Yes, I’ve seen Anton. This iss he in blue tee-short rowing past the both terminals to the Pacific:
The Fraser is opened to the ocean just here and you even can see huge Chinese cargo ship on the horizon:
Cessna 208 Caravan arrives from Victoria:
The moment of water contact:
Beaver (DHC-2) makes a noise before taking off:
YVR is busy. DHC-3 is taxing to terminal, DH|C-8-400 climbing the sky:
Air France’s 777-200 ER ready for run:
Run and take off:
Ten and half hours approximately before landing in Paris:
Korean triple seven going to Seoul:
But my after lunch first pics were taken on the other side of the river, in pub close neighbourhood. The Beaver is a workhorse for many years in our backwater district:
The Otter plays a role of public transportation even more effectively:
Going to my parking place I was one minute late to get good picture of South China’s 787 and you can see this beautiful machine on the way to Guangzhou only in this projection today:
Bell 407 is living in this nest too:
Filipino’s triple seven is ready for flight to Manila:
Orca’s Piper Navajo Chieftain arrived from Abbotsford:
Pacific Coastal Beechcraft 1900C is parked near South terminal:
This machine recalled me about river:
I turned around, looked back, see this picture and decided to walk along the Fraser to see more:
And you know the rest of my walk :)
