The boat is here in Steveston Harbour sitting deep in water being heavy loaded by fresh cod, salmon, tuna and rockfish:

The weather is unusually dry and sunny. We have light frosts during night time and hoarfrost silvers plants in the morning:

Beaches are frostbitten too and no swimmers are seen:

We participated in ceremonies of Remembrance Day as usually together with veterans:

Military:

Police:

And cadets:

It’s good to be Canadian:

And it’s bad to feel shame for Russian pseudo-patriots who reach me even here demanding to love motherland, which is putinland now. It’s impossible for them to understand that this planet is my motherland and Canada is my home, home of my kids and grandkids. Yesterday we had municipal elections. My family provided six voters for this election. In accordance with our wishes Malcolm Brodie is re-elected as a Mayor and Harold Steves is in City Council too. We are not satisfied with the school trustees elected, but school issues of my grandkids are under our family personal control and we do not depend much on the school only providing lots of additional educational activities ourselves.

Okay, I am back to the pics of today. Frosty morning in the forest:

Going down to the beach:

Chinese and Japanese ships at anchorage:

Seveston Harbour:

Sea urchins:

Chum:

Crabs:

Nice day and nice evening:

downtown, westcoast life, crabs, national identity, garry point park, immigration, spanish banks, boat
