already done list
i was so productive today! none of it has been school related - but i've been toying with the idea of turning sundays into the day where i make food for the week and clean the house so that i can focus on work during the week. being that i haven't cleaned in a really long time this was a pretty daunting task. but look at everything i accomplished!:
- went to shannon's and fed the animals
- hung with frieda
- food shopping at the co-op
- made really yummy yellow split-pea burgers
- made vegan shepard's pie (also delicious)
- made vanilla/chocolate marble cupcakes w/ chocolate "butter"cream frosting for toby's homecoming
- cleaned both bathrooms thoroughly
- two loads of laundry
- vacuumed the stairs and upstairs rooms (for which i had to empty the dyson twice - skye makes soooo much hair)
- dusted
- payed bills/sorted mail
- cleaned out the fridge and cleaned the stove
such a domestic list but i'm fairly proud of it. i feel so much more able to focus on work when the rest of my life is somewhat in order.
45 minutes til i leave for the airport!!
