Adventures in Baking! And Balls!
Tonight i baked some goodies for "Beers!" tomorrow. as an ATD for the last show of the year, i, alongside the TD and other ATD, am hosting the event. it is every friday and we have to host 4 altogether.
i love to bake and as a matter of fact lately i have been thinking " i hope i don't get into yale next year because then i'll open my own bakery!" i'm not sure if i'm serious or not... if they tell me i'm not in i guess i will know for sure.
I made some sugared mixed nuts which i tried one and they're okay, if nuts are your thing. I made a cheeseball, one of my specialties, and it is so delicious i want to eat the whole thing but i can't because then i would gain 20 lbs back! and then i tried these new cookies i have never made before... they are weird... they look like little balls, not cookies... i hope people like them though...
the moral of the story is i made balls and nuts today!
