This sucks...
This moving company sucks... NEVER USE US VANLINES!!!
They subcontracted our stuff out without telling us... the lost a few of our items... they broke about 30 things... they gave us a lot of stuff that's not ours...and that's just so far... we'll know tomorrow all the stuff that's broken because that is when we plan to have the place officially unpacked... then we can send them a letter and they better give us a full refund plus the money to replace all our broken stuff- which includes a couple of heirlooms(expensive mirror from my late grandmother) a lost dartboard that was really expensive, and oh yeah both our desks, one that was completely shattered and the other that is pretty much too unstable to put our computers on...
If they don't give us what we want they are going to be sued for negligence and breach of contract... it really sucks... i really wish we would have got a uhaul and did it all ourselves... I feel like crying because all my cool stuff is broken... we shouldn't have trusted it into the hands of this very well known and well reviewed company...
