A new year, and no closer to return- At the very least, Princess Euphemia has arrived safely... and remains oblivious of her participation in that horrible event- Of the name Massacre Princess-
I would see her happy- I would see the two of them able to live a life here not tainted by Geass, or even by duty and battle- But such a life is not for Princess Cornelia... and I could never- would never keep her from glory in such a manner.
As for her sister... Euphemia is kind. Perhaps even too kind, too innocent... but it will not be on my watch that I allow anyone here to sully that. The truths of the world- The truths of what she did- It may be too cruel, yet.
It is best to prevent her from speaking to the traitor, Suzaku- To Lelouch-
It would be better if she had never have to have been subjected to any of this at all. Princess Cornelia... how hard this must be, and yet- will you smile again, now that she is here?
So we begin anew, and yet, grow no closer to an end to this captivity. I might complain, but that would be even more pointless, not to mention demeaning.
Instead, I'll ask one question.
Has anyone in this place ever been known to escape of their own machinations?
