(no subject)
Hey folks!! Guess who got ahold of some free internet?!!! Yay!
Things have been gonig really well, but i'll try and keep this brief so you don't get bored reading.
We made it over just fine and it was really good to see Francesca, Massimo, and their new baby, Fillipo, they're all very happy and doing well. Spent several days with the whole fam seeing Verona, Venice, Mantova and just relaxing.
Then a few days ago (5?6?) lily and I left mom and dad and "did" Paris. I don't think i've ever walked that much in such a short period - we kept getting lost, which added considerably to our distances, but never lost enough to be seriously concerned, so it's all good. We saw so much it was amazing - i won't bore you with the details, but it was pretty cool.
We left Paris this morning taking the train under the channel and to London, caught another train to Bath, and that's where we are now. We had dinner in a building built in 1485 - which goes under my list of freaking amazing things i've done.
Things have generally been going really well, lily and i discovered that expensive french food looks gross (we only watched someone eat snails), but the cheep stuff (baguettes and desserts) are pretty much the best thing you've ever put in your mouth - so that's been delicous.
Ok, lil wants the computer. I hope things have been gonig well for you all, i'm missing you mucho and sending hugs all around.
