V-Day
classes = nothing much
frisbee = actually going well, scrimmaging pacific on sat and girls are playing savage. too bad i'm not in shape. ugh.
I know some people are a tad bitter about valentine's day, and some people don't like it because it's "commercialized" and all that, but you know what? it's a day where people go around telling eachother that they love eachother. how can you not like a day like that? Classes weren't that special today, but everyone was just a little happier. I don't know if it was the sugar, the anticipation of tonight, or what, but it just made me happy. I got packages in the mail, notes by the door, hugs, a humungous cupcake, a marriage proposition, little surprises everywhere and it just....i can't explain it. i wish people could do this everyday. not all the giving necessarily, but the "i love you" messages, they just makes me smile.
I guess today was just a warm fuzzy day, so I hope you got them too :)
