House Hunting

I like this house because the basement, although is unfinished, presents us with the oppertunity to expand the value of the home. and since we're getting the first-time buyer's Stimulus we figure the first thing we do is Finish the basement, which will include finishing the wiring (including wiring for ethernet) putting up drywall, and installing the toilet\sink\shower stall into the bathroom. at which point we add about another 500-600 square footage to the house, we upgrade from 3bed 1.5bath to 4bed 2.5 bath, and I get a fairly decent space for which to turn into my Game room\home theatre.
the bedrooms are all plenty big, and the bathrooms are situated so that I can install a garden tub if I so choose (so going to)
