my word of the day is ridiculous
I was all excited - I thought I only had to buy books for my Russian Lit class this semester. Then my plasticity professor sends out an email, telling us that we're not using the textbook (one that I bought for another class) but instead he's photocopying journal articles and selling them to us for 20 or 30 dollars. Now, I'm not a cheap person but this makes me a little cranky. There's nine people in the class and each professor receives funding from the school to pay for photocopying - why then is he charging us?
