Yeah, so I definitely bought an iphone... So now I'm just desperate for it to arrive so I can fool around with it for another week hoping I can get it connected to something... I'm actually extremely excited. So yeah, happy christmas me!
I'm totally avoiding doing studying right now. Even though I have a midterm tomorrow and my exams start this week. I came up with some new character designs in my wasted time though. Tomorrow's my last day of classes, which is seriously scary because I've barely been going to class lately. So I'm hopped on caffeine, hoping I will crack a book, and that's why this entry is going to jump around.
Hehe. I found the most specialest, awesome-est little christmas tree ever. You would not even believe this tree existed outside of my mind. It's about two feet high, lights up, and oh, did I mention it's bright pink and sparkly. Yeah, so also, the cat tries to eat it. What does natural selection mean to you?
Symphonic Winds had our winter concert last week, and I think it went pretty well. My mum came down on Sunday and we went to the nutcracker which I really enjoyed this year. I just really felt the spirit, especially in the first half.
My god, working at La Vie is a bit of a curse, because I basically want to spend my entire paycheck there right now. I asked my mum to just give me money for christmas and I would wrap my own presents, because I'm going to end up buying half the store. Interstingly enough she said she had already got my main present which is curious, because I have no idea what it could be! I don't think I've showed interest in anything yet, besides skiing, and I already got the six-pack for my birthday. Unfortunately I also don't get off work until around the 23 and I have to be back for boxing day, so I don't get much christmas family time this year.
So I finished my first wood-carving today for Art. The first one was for homework and it turned out so bad I was too embarrassed to even bring it to class at the risk of looking like I did nothing. But my second one turned out okay, and then I burned some accents on it and it ended up looking alright.
Wow I update long (read: waste a lot of time) when I have a midterm the next day...
