This is a checklist, apparently. Farewell, ca. $900.

I don't know why I get bored with things so quickly. I have half a dozen new books sitting on my shelf, but the thing is, they've been sitting there for a while. I have no real desire to read them. Which just means I have to order more books pronto.

Another thing; I haven't made any real lists since Jan 1st (although it's a good one), so I'll just ( Read more... )

A Clockwork Orange - Anthony Burgess is really good. A bit hard to read with all the slang but really cool. And I totally vote for Survivor!

Yeah, I think I came across it in a bookstore a few years ago. Or was that Trainspotting? I don't know. I'll get to them eventually though! Or, I at least sincerely hope so.

I have so many books on my shelf that I have no desire to read too, but I need to read them so I can get them out of my dorm, haha.

that list is awesome! you should definitely do a check list, that would be fun!

Ooh, what new books do you have?

I'd probably take a lot of time (and money) though. D: But, fun? Absolutely.

Diary and Stranger than Fiction by CP, I am reading Velvet Elvis and the Warrior Heir (I don't know how I am going to get through it), Scarlet, Alice in Wonderland, and Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norrell!

I'm reading Diary at the moment! I started it last night. It's alright so far. A bit repetitive, but then again, I've only got through less than an eighth of the book.

I haven't even heard of half of the rest!

I added it because of how amazing you've said it is!

But, aw, Steph. :( I've listened to the I Am America audiobook already, but I'm sure that won't make me laugh any less, so. Thanks; will do.

Yeah! Featuring guest appearances by a bunch of people, like Jon! And Stephen's wife. In character. The character? It happened to be a cow.

I could upload it for you if you'd like. But I'm not sure how my upload speed is doing these days.

Oh my lord. Looks like my list of things to get around to. ;____; I've read about 17 of those, and they're all lovely, although I'm not too big of a Chuck Palahniuk fan outside of Fight Club 'cos I find him horrifically self-indulgent. XD Good luck getting through them all! XD I wish I could read, but lately I've had to read textbooks in all my spare time. ;_;

Hahaha, yeah, I'm not so sure about Chuck anymore. Some of his works are quite wonderful, though.

I'm sorry. :( I'm the exact opposite; recently I've had so much time on my hands I've felt pretty useless because all I've been doing is staying home, reading books and following RBR and playing music. But still, idk. I feel bummed out.

I hope you get to have some free time soon.
